About this role
Decodermind is seeking a strategically driven and hands-on Business Development Partner to join our founding team. You’ll work closely with the CEO to expand our footprint in North America and Europe, driving customer acquisition, partnerships, and sales growth.
As a core team member, you’ll hold 30% equity in the company, with quarterly revenue distribution—aligning your success directly with the company’s growth.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in sales and business development within startups, SMEs, or enterprises.
- A passion for identifying prospects, building relationships, and closing deals.
- Strong outreach and networking skills to open doors in global markets.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to build alongside the founder.
